I work with a small number of clients at a time so that I can offer thoughtful, personalised sleep coaching and therapy that creates steady, lasting change.

Who you’ll be working with

You’ll be working with me, Sue Gray, sleep coach and therapist.  I offer personalised sleep coaching and therapeutic support online and in East Kent.

How often will we meet?

This is flexible and tailored to you.

Appointments are usually weekly or fortnightly at first, with longer gaps possible as your sleep improves. 

How many sessions will I need?

Some people just have a few sessions but most people find they need between 4 and 8 sessions   This means that you could be sleeping well within a month or two.

What happens in a session?

Sessions may include clinical hypnotherapy, NLP-based approaches, perhaps meditation or breathing techniques and structured sleep coaching..

We do not delve into detail of past traumas and issues.. I am not a counsellor.  We can make changes without raking up lots of details of events in the past.

Will my sleep improve straight away?

It is impossible for me to say if you will notice a difference straight away but you should start to feel more relaxed if we have had time to do some therapy, rather than just coaching.

Do sessions always finish on time?

We can finish on time, give or take 5 minutes but I always leave space in my dary to overrun, if we decide we wish to.  When we use Core Transforation, it is common for the first sessions to take longer, and it makes no sense to stop before we arrive at the Core State.  It is more imprtant to me to get you sleeping well again as quickly as possible than to cram my diary.  This is why I only work with a few people at a time.

Support Betweeen Sessions

All coaching and therapy appointments include one week of text support between sessions.

How to start

There are two main ways to begin, after our initial conversation.

Sleep Appraisal

A one-off session to understand your sleep and receive clear guidance.

Tailor-made Coaching & Therapy

Ongoing support to gently improve sleep and wellbeing over time.

You can start with either option.

Discounts

I offer a 10% discounrt if you book and pay in advance for package of 5 or more sessions.

The fee for Coaching & Therapy Appoinments includes a week's text support, to get you sleeping well as quickly as possible.

How we will work together

Step1:
Initial Conversation - optional 

A relaxed 20 minute phone or online conversation to explore what has been happening with your sleep and what you would like to change.

This helps us decide whether I am the right sleep specialist to support you.

Step 2:
Your Sleep Appraisal -   £75  - Optional

A clear starting point for better sleep

During our 45 minute appointment we explore:

  • what has been happening in your life
  • how your sleep has changed
  • factors currently affecting your sleep
  • habits or patterns maintaining the problem
  • You leave with at least 5 practical steps and simple techniques to begin improving your sleep straight away.

Please remember to bring a notebook and pen to take notes.

Step 3:
Tailor-Made Coaching and Therapy  - £120 ph

Tailor-made Sleep Coaching & Therapy

Sleep problems rarely have a single cause. These flexiable, weekly or fortnightly sessions allow us work through the patterns that keep sleep disrupted and create lasting change.

Sessions combine practical sleep coaching with therapeutic approaches tailored to you.

We may work with:

  • sleep habits and routines
  • anxiety and racing thoughts at night
  • stress, trauma or past events affecting sleep
  • health issues or pain
  • calming and regulating the nervous system

and more

Sessions may include clinical hypnotherapy, NLP-based approaches, perhaps meditation or breathing techniques and  sleep coaching..

£120 – 60 minutes
£180 – 90 minutes

Step 4:
Text Support In-Between Appointments -  

Between appointments you are welcome to text me for guidance, reassurance or practical support.

This may include:

  • advice, suggestions and  reassurance
  • recordings to listen to at night
  • homework such as breathing excercises, noticing a particular thought or behavoir or other exercises
  • techniques to use to get you through difficult nights

This continuity and ongoing support between sessions helps you progress much more quickly.

 Additional Weeks Text Support

One week's support is FREE between seesions.   If you want a longer gap with text support, I charge £35.

What sessions are like

Sessions are online or in person in Deal,Kent

If we have been in contact during the week, we begin with a brief update rather than a long review.

This allows us to focus on moving forward.  We do not delve into detail of past traumas and issues.

Depending on what you need, we might use:

  • gentle hypnotherapy
  • breathing techniques, including nasal breathing
  • the Forgiveness Process to calm the nervous system
  • practical sleep adjustments
  • Connirae Andreas’s Core Transformation in longer sessions – a gentle yet profound way of creating lasting change.

You do not need to prepare anything. Simply come as you are.

Fees

I work with a limited number of clients so that I can provide consistent, attentive support, particularly in the early stages of improving sleep.

Fees reflect:

  • session time
  • preparation and review
  • personalised resources
  • one week of text support between appointments
  • Occasional recodings  made just for you. These can take an hour to make.
