Only 35% of employees say they sleep well. That means that 75% of your employees may suffer from some tiredness or even dangerous levels of fatigue.  Fatigue is often hard to spot in an office – someone can just be labelled grumpy or stressed.   Poor decision-making can cost lives as well as money and reputation. In many jobs, fatigue can put everyone at risk – road accidents, accidents with equipment, scaffolding put up badly, tools left lying around etc.    This talk will not solve the problem but it will highlight issues and make suggestions on how people can improve their sleep and what organisations can do to help.  As well as being a Sleep Coach, I have extensive H&S training – including on building sites.
