Join me for a four-week Introduction to Meditation and learn to let go of stress, relax, and improve your sleep. There are many ways to meditate, and this course is for everyone, even those with busy minds. There is no belief system; it does not conflict with religious practices. You will learn how to meditate with your eyes open as well as closed – which is very useful in today’s busy world. This course will hep you to

You do not need to quieten your mind or be flexible enough to sit on the floor. Comfort is important!
You will also get two guided meditation recordings to listen to at home.

As well as being a Sleep Coach and Therapist, I am a highly experienced meditator and teacher.
I started meditating 45 years ago and have trained in and taught several forms of meditation. Most recently, I completed my Mastery of the Self – a six-month course in Spain, with The Bright Path. I also qualified as an Ascension Teacher, a Mind Calm Coach and Body Calm Coach. I now teach various meditation and simple breathwork techniques.
